Vorkath Setup
I’ve only used ranged to kill it, so that’s what we’re going with here.
Minimum weapon will be blowpipe with ddarts, and your defense rating doesn’t matter a whole lot because if Vorkath gets a good hit on you, you’re gonna feel it regardless of what you’re wearing. Try piling on as much range attack bonus as you can.

So, for simplicity’s sake let’s say:
Weapon – Blowpipe > Dhcb > Tbow > Utbow
Armour – Karil’s (at a puuuuush) > base Arma/Void > Combined Arma
